| Would you like to avoid the residential delivery fee but don't have a commercial address for delivery ?? You may use our freight companies service center. It's simple and convenient much like picking up a package at your local UPS or FedEx location. You may pick up the shipment at your convenience within 3 days of arrival, during normal business hours. For a location nearest you, simple pick up the phone and give us a call or fill in the form above. | |
| Once the order is ready to ship, we request a pick-up. In most cases same day pick-up is possible. | |
| Depending on your location travel time to you will vary. Generally though shipments reach the delivery location within 6 days. | |
| We then notify you of your pro number. This pro number will give you access to up to date tracking information and expected delivery information. Tracking can be done online 24/7 or we update you with your tracking upon request. | |
Your roof rack will arrive with
lots of packaging, so be sure to have a box knife handy!
If you pick up the rack at an Service Center, they will recycle the cardboard and
plastic wrap for you.

Upon receiving your order,
please inspect the package before accepting.
If there is any visible
carton damage, this must be noted on your delivery
receipt.
If there
happens to be product damage, this will insure a speedy resolution of any
claim.
