RR does not sell, trade, rent or release your personal information that is entered online to other parties. EVER. However, this site contains links to other sites. RR is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.  

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Information collected is internally applied to continually improve our site. In addition, we only contact individuals who specifically requested email updates or are winners of a drawing.

Patents, designs, trademarks, brand names and corporate logos displayed on the website are the property of RR or its licensors and may not be used in any way without the prior written approval of RR. RR does not by this website grant any license to use the intellectual rights said above.

Return Policy
All sales are final. Pre-approval for a return is required and will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Any return is subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee and any return shipping charges are the customers responsibility. If a shipment is damaged in shipping by an authorized carrier, we will work with you to process a claim for damage received in transit.  Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and claim information must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or refused.

Order Cancellation
Because all product are made to order we request you cancel any order placed within 7 days or placing you order. a restocking fee may apply after 7 days. Custom orders may not be cancelled.

Warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability and Disclaimer
Every care has been taken to assure the accuracy of the provided information on this website and the information is believed to be correct. However the information may include errors or inaccuracies, therefore RR declares that the information is provided "AS IS", and that RR disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

You acknowledge that your use of this website is at your sole risk and that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with any use of the website and that RR shall in no event be liable to any person for any direct, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages of any kind arising out of your access to, or use of the information or software made available on this website.

We are in no way affiliated with Land Rover or any other vehicle manufacturers.  If you hurt yourself installing a part purchased on this website, we, in no way, accept responsibility for your actions or improper work ethic.  We also take no credit for the installation of said products.  All electrical parts sold off of this website do not carry a warrantee unless deemed dead on arrival.  If a product is advertised 'as-is' or “used” that's just what it is, as-is-where-is with no implied warrantee or guarantee.  If you read something on this website, and it inspires you to do something that normal people would deem stupid, we will not take responsibility for your actions, or the consequences.  We recommend that you don't load your roof rack with more weight that is specified by the manufacturer, due to the strength of your vehicle.  When you accept delivery of your shipment, you agree that the condition of the product is fully acceptable. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.  All Bumpers, Rock sliders, Ladders and Voyager Racks are intended for off-road use only and should be considered an off-road accessory.
