RETURN POLICY:  all returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee and all shipping costs are to be paid for by customer.  all sales are final unless package is damaged in transit by authorized ROVER RACKS, LLC  deliverer.  all racks are considered off-road accessories and will be treated as such. Custom Orders may not be returned.

Order Cancellation:  orders cancelled after 7 days from the order date are subject to  a nonrefundable 25% cancellation fee.  Custom Orders may not be cancelled.
