Q- Will my Sunroof (s) open?
A- Yes!  All the roof racks we manufacture were designed to keep the full function of your sunroofs. 
This goes for our Low Profile Voyager Roof Racks available for some models.

Q- What is the height if the racks?
A- The standard and Off-Road Challenge are 17". The Low Profile is 15". 
This measurement is to be added to the inside of the gutter above the rear wheel to give you the overall height of your vehicle.

Q- How much height will the roof rack add?
A- This depends on the model.  The most common is the Discovery I & II because of the overall height of the truck.
The Standard Voyager, Contractor and off Road Challenge adds 9".  The Low Profile Voyager will add 7".

Q- What is the lead time?
A- Usually runs 2-3 weeks

Q- Can I customize an order?
A- Yes, we will customize any order to fit your needs.

Q- Will Yakama ski, bike, and/or kayak accessories fit?
A- Yes, as well as other companies that are made to fit 1 inch tubing.

Q- What are the different types of flooring?
A- 1- We have Contractors flooring.  Contractors flooring is additional tube in the basket level.
          This is the same material the roof rack is made of.
    2- Expanded Steel flooring.  Expanded Steel flooring is a sheet of steel formed and welded to the roof rack. 
          There are pros and cons to this flooring option.  Please call us to discuss further.
    3- King's Lite XL.  Kings' Lite flooring is a solid polymer material that is bolted to the floor of your roof rack.

Q- What is the load rating?
A- Although they have not been put through a professional test, it's not what the rack can hold but rather what your gutters can hold.

Q- How many light mounts?
A- At Least four on the front and one on the rear.  The Half Racks have 2 on the rear and you can always add light mounts to the sides.

Q- How much do the racks weigh?
A- About 90 pounds.

Q- What kind of material are the racks made from?
A- .065 1 inch galvanized steel tubing

Q- What accessories are offered?
A- We offer optional flooring, limb riser mounts, high-lift jack mount, axe mount, shovel mount and additional light mounts. 

Q- What is an Off Road Challenge Rack?
A- A Standard Voyager Rack with an added hi-lift jack mount, a light protection bar and 2 limb riser mounts and extra rear antenna/light mount.

Q- Do I need to drill to attach a roof rack?
A- No!  The rack comes in one piece and you set it in your gutters.  Then use the 8 mounting brackets provided to secure the rack to your gutters.  You will need your own 13mm or ½ wrench or socket setup to tighten.

Q- Do you skimp on materials or quality?
A- Absolutely not.  We have all heard the says, "If you want it done right, do it yourself." We have taken a proactive approach over the past 2 years.  Unfortunately in the past, we had both fabricators and managers who did not care for our customers and our products the way we do. We are both VERY ACTIVE in production, R & D and customer service. We take our Rover Owners very seriously, and don't let products leave here unless we would personally use it.  FACT!!!!!  We have sold hundreds of our racks to VERY satisfied customers.  Become one and find out !!!!

A- 1602 Market Circle Unit 8 Port Charlotte, Florida 33953.  We will, from time to time, travel out of state- but, unfortunately, we don't have too much time to travel to events...
